I've taken the liberty to add a bit to the Wiki to have at least something on it. Since the only thing so far documented are the controls I've added them.
@Dr.Sid : This should help you getting started with how the Wiki works, bit of formatting and some advanced techniques like use of templates. Just hit "Edit" to see the "Source Code". To edit the Template enter "Template:Controls" into the search box on the left side (when in the Wiki) and hit search. Sort like reusable Code Fragments and quite handy for some things.

The wiki when used in conjunction with a forum for development is best used to document the various parts of development.
Once the beta comes out is the time for people to start filling it with info like they do on the Dangerous Waters wiki. With small edits to the main page at the time of the switch. Things will move smoothly.
Sid I strongly suggest you turn the main page into your "Main Site" of sorts that acts more or less like a normal website does and links to the forum.
On top of that I strongly suggest you make a article in there "Development" Where you list all software involved with the code development. And any standards people who want to contribute need to be aware of.
"Help Wanted"
A page listing all needed work from the community. I suggest they are followed by a link to the forum topic. or a wiki article discussing what is needed in detail.
So if you need a Tango Class submarine model. You normally make a topic then note it with the link on the list in "Help Wanted"
I strongly suggest you designate trusted people to edit and maintain the wiki for the time being. Vandals and Spam Artists can easily hide edits and sometimes even articles. In this stage I do not think it is worth it to allow any free edits. Hopefully Oneshot can set it so that only the people you approve can post and edit.

You know Sid now that you have a few screenshots up and running is it not time to start thinking about an article on the main Wikipedia?
