Hi to all members. My Name Is jose de chaby. I have bee Flying with
Microsofts Flight Simulator, But since I downloaded DW Demo it seems to be a lot more interesting. Anyway I just wanted to introduce myself.

Can anyone tell me where I can find something that will help me with
sonar training please

Welcome to the CADC. As far as Sonar goes, I recommend you download the Media Pack for DW, which has an abbreviated manual. Further check out the various guides posted in the guides&manuals section. Most of them have a chapter or more on Sonar. As a general starting point you should take a closer look at the Landlubbers Notfallmappe, which can be found here as well. That will give you a good all around look, and points you to various further resources if you decide upon a certain plattform.
