I wish to see if the version of DW I downloaded from Strategy First about (4 nites ago) has any patches, or custom missions of others, etc...

You'll want patch 1.04 for Dangerous Waters (english).

As for custom missions single and multiplayer , most of them are available on the website http://www.subguru.com
