Vlad SOF Pick-up mission

I don't know how to get the Special Forces to radio me for pick up. I have picked them up before in the game SC, but these guys in DW seem to ignore me no matter what I do. I used the autocrews and had truth turned off. my apologies if this was posted incorrectly. My thanks in advance to any assistance

The special forces will radio after they arrive at the rendevous point. You do not need to receive the message to complete the mission, this message is sent to you just so you know when the team is there.
