ok can somebody help me on the sovetskaya mission in the first campaign they are pinging the crap out of my akula II and i dive as far as i can go (110 M) but yet they are still hitting me with their missiles can somebody please help me with this mission

I'm going to assume that you mean the first mission in the Russian Rebellion campaign, so here goes:

They shouldn't be pinging you at all. If they are, that means they've already found you and are just confirming their solution before firing at you. Only real advice that I can give you is to be quieter; try to keep as much distance as possible from the surface ships, and make sure the submerged submarines don't find you either.

Active sonar evasion is fairly simple if you keep the bow or stern pointed at the transmitter. If that fails, don't forget that you are authorized to destroy any rebel fleet skimmers that threaten you; it's only the SSBNs that are protected by the ROE.
