mouse problem

the mouse hangs on me occasionally. once it happens, I have no other course of action other than to try and restart my machine. That becomes a job in itself to do without pulling the power cord. my version of DW is 104 and I have a p4 processor with 2GB of ram.

Have you checked the FAQ in the DW Wiki ? You might solve your problem with one of the solutions described there.

In the past, I saw a thread about a mouse hang-up problem but cannot find it now. I looked in the wiki but haven't seen it. If someone remembers the procedure to fixing it, would be very grateful to them pointing it out to me. It doesn't hang all the time, but when the mouse freezes up there is no alternative for me but to try and reboot my machine, and start all over.

i helped myself once with a new grafic driver AND all the belonging DLL`s to it:

it wasn`t the mouse to hang up, the mouse courser wasn`t seen so i could do nothing, didn`t know where i was.

perhaps a help. else feel free to delete the post mod.

Try editing the dangerouswaters.ini as outlined in the FAQ and set SoftwareCursor to Yes.
