Flooding tubes in subs.

Hey is there any disadvantage to cruising around with all your tubes flooded and opened? It seams to me that as soon as the game starts, you might as well get them all ready.....

Opening the muzzle doors increases flow noise interference, decreasing your sonar performance. It might also increase your noise level from the point of view of other subs.

For realism, you shouldn't equalize until you are at the depth you will fire from.

At the start of any mission i always set 1 tube for a snapshot and flood it. Just to be ready for the un expected:cool:
