Trouble Installing Kilo New Scope Reticle?

Try to Install Hitman's Kilo scope mod. Released in 07.
Installed the New Kilo scope.BMP in Kilo interface Folder and the Install Kilo scope. Bat file in same interface Folder and click on Install KiloScope.Bat.
to run the installer but nothing happens? Just follow all the steps in readme.?
There is one other file there called CmpUtil. exe but readme has no instruction
about that file?

I had the Kilo scope mod installed in my prevouse DW but had to remove
It. And it worked??
Any idea's what I am doing wrong on install.:confused:

cmputil is a program referenced by the .bat. It should be in the same directory when you run the .bat.

I have mod installed :biggrin: Clicked on installer Batt and I just flashed open for a second. I guess it didn't take long to Install the new Kilo scope. BMP.
Started the Kilo Demo, and there it was Installed,:smile:
I did have the installer placed in the DW Kilo Interface Folder.
She Look's ok I completed the Kilo Demo mission and sunk the Cargo ship.
