Yes, that's the "official" US translation of the manual, but I detected some errors on it after comparing with the original german version. The reason for them is that sometimes the handbook mentioned concepts/methods that were unknown to the american translators like f.e. the fixed line speed measuring method, which is incorrectly translated as measuring using the line of the horizon.
