I have added some time ago a very capable Links directory to the CADC. Links to it can be found in the NavBar right over the Forum or the NavMenu on the Portal. Or click here (http://www.orionwarrior.com/forum/links/index.php). Either way, my goal for this directory is to gather as much relevant links about Dangerous Waters related Websites, Naval Warfare, Plattforms, Tactics and more in one location. That way, if you are designing a mission and want to look some stuff up, maybe even some real life information all you need to do is check out the Links directory and find information. Or you are in an argument about Weapons and Sensors, take a look at the directory and have the available unclassified information at your fingertips. I have just today reorganized the Links directory, so even if you visited it allready - take a look now and maybe you have some nice links to add. Furthermore, if you feel there is a certain directory or category missing - let me know and I'll add it (if prudent).
And you don't have to wait for me to add all those helpful links. If you are a registered user on the CADC you can submit them yourself. Just click on the "Submit Link" link, fill out some boxes and thats it. Don't worry if you link isn't displayed right away. To ensure that all links are valid and dont lead to something naughty or even dangerous the links have to be verified by an Admin or designated Moderator. Which means I'm the only one currently able to do that. However if someone steps forward and wants to help on the Links Directory as Mod, just let me know.
Anyway, I will add links over the time, whenever i find something worthwhile. But as usual if you have something to contribute - feel free to do so, you are most welcome.
