Just tell me when you're available to play the match (date, time). If I'm free at one of those times, I'll tell you so and that will be the time we play.

How to connect? Use hamachi or by other means? Such as the use hamachi join subworld team.

Whatever works. I usually connect directly. If hamachi is what works for you, I have it and it worked fine for my last match.
