To ensure a capable defence of Bluefields Naval Base the FFG -61 and DDG-51 will cast off lines and will form a radar picket line about 3 NM from Bluefields creating an Airdefence umbrella.
The FFG-61 will detach its MH-60 to perform an ASW search on this grid.
At the same time the B-402 Vologda will go underway ASAP and will proceed at best silent speed to a possition about 25 NM east of Bluefields where it will remain on ultraquiet condition as part of an ASW patrol line.
The Base defence on the ground is tasked to Marine Divissions 1 and 2 and to SF team 1.
