I'm wondering how large mission maps will be. One of the annoying limitations in DW is the tiny map size. ~500 nmi seems large until you try to make scenarios based around SSBNs.
Second, LAMs. How will LAMs be implemented? Will we have finer control over them compared to DW? Will they be more capable than DW? And finally, how fine will the Lon/Lat coordinates be? I never liked how rough they were in DW, especially when you were given the Lon/Lat for a LAM strike. I would like to see either LAMs with a real TFR, or programmable altitude. I'd also like to have the ability to give them as many waypoints as I like, rather than being restricted to a fixed number.
As for the model request; I'd love to see the Sonalysts building from DW in this sim. I've wanted to use that building, a Typhoon, and a hole in the polar ice for quite awhile now.

So .. the mission area will be (and already is) unlimited. It will only depend on how many ships the mission designed will throw in. Now there for sure will be some limit to amound of active ships. But even in the actual version you can have one active ship in Japan and another by New York, also North Pole is perfectly reachable (although the camera glitches a bit there, as I use polar coordinates for camera position, I guess I will add some special polar camera mode later).
As for LAMs, yes, DW is a bit limited. What I hated is that you could not simply copy & past the coordinates from the order to the missile. On the other hand with old tomahawks, you did not enter coordinates .. you uploaded whole mission profile with maps into the missile .. and those were not prepared on the sub, but in the operation center, then the sub downloaded them via sat-link.
I did not think much about LAM interface .. but for sure anything is possible. Some good waypoint editor will be useful for all platforms.
As for building sure, no problem. I would not want to add one specific building just for such purpose .. but I thought about possibility to add any label on objects which could use some .. and buildings would be such objects. So you just pick appropriate building from database, put a 'Sonalyst' or 'Justin Bieber' or anything ..

Sounds great. Honestly, I really wouldn't mind if the LAM's flight plan was set in the editor by the mission designer. I suppose that is the realistic way.
