Fellow Mariners, Today we have been attacked without warning by the Tyrians.
They were aming to destroy our cities, our homes, our families.
There was no warning, just 12 deadly missiles aiming to destroy our freedom, our homes, our lives!!!
Today the Tyrians have shown the world their real face. They have pretended to hide their expansionist ambitions, their brutal procedures falsely accusing us, the only democratic Fleet on the region, of piracy, a pathetic plot that have been uncovered by their real nature and their total and complete disregard for International Law, diplomacy and peace efforts.
Mariners, today is a day of infamy that will last on history.
Today we declare the war to the Tyrians.
As Fleet Commander I declare officially we are on state of war againts the Tyrian Fleet and against any power that support the Tyrian effort.
We guarantee safe and free naviation to all the free nations merchants who want to transist the area with the exception of the areas dominated by the Tyrian Fleet.
Neutrasl on those areas assume their own responsability for transiting a War operation area.
Merchants delivering weapons or ammunitions to Tyrian Bases would be considered hostile and seized although if they oppose resistance they will be sunk.
Mariners Fleet have signed the Genva Convention and is an International law observer.
Mariners and Allies, we have tried hard to avoid this war through peace talking and negotiations but, it was never the intention of the Tyrian Fleet to settle a peaceful agreement. Their goals are the total supremacy on the region and the anexation of all the free neutral harbours on the area. We all know their methods, their disregard to human life and democracy.
Mariners we are fighting for our freedom, for our way of life and for our Fleet.
I am sure that Comrade Admiral JoGary, "the Caribean Butcher" after the failure of his coward attack of today is thinking "I am afraid that the only thing we just have accomplished is to wake up a sleeping Giant
