Our Behaviour during the war

We know that the foreign governments are opposed to this conflict.
We publish here a code of conduct that our army will respect:

-Ships who are unarmed and pacific to our ships will not be attacked. We don t want to kill innocents civilians. The only exception is if we have proofs that their boats ship weapons and aid which could serve against our country.

-We may be obliged to protect some harbours in the area against the imperialist attack of the mariners. The local population will be considered as friendly and they will not suffer of our presence.

-If during a battle, survivors are found, we will deploy all possible resources to save them.

-We respect and approve the Geneva Convention relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War.

-The journalists are welcome. They are allowed to visit our base and the different harbours that we will protect. However we disapprove their presence in our war ships because it is an important risk for their life.

Women of anexionated Harbours would "serve" our Officers, Tyrian style.
Neutral Ships would be "borrowed" Tyrian style.

Journalist I guess you mean propaganda Officers, would be allowed, real free journalist would be considered as spy and executed, Tyrian stile.
