Hello Everyone
1st post here. I'm looking for games on hyperlobby everyday, Not many people there. Gamespy is zero.
Where are all the games being played?
Do I need to join a fleet to play?
Thanks

Joining a fleet such as the SW's can definately help you get games, but it is by no means a necessity.
The best way currently to get games, or at least the way that works best for me, is to use ICQ. You can find people's ICQ #'s listed on the forum interface next to posts here or at the bottom of posts of Subsim. You should add a few people to your contact list and then if you want a game you can see if anyone is around. Dangerous Waters in multiplayer tends to be a fairly social affair.
You can also post to the CADC events calender when you would want to play a game and then most likely you will get a response. Also, if a scheduled event is planned by someone else, most often you can get a spot in the game.
Welcome to the CADC, I'm sure you will enjoy your time here and with Dangerous Waters.
Cheers,
David

I just signed up to icq, don't compleatly get all of icq yet but am learning.
my number is 305076103 for ANYONE interested in playing. Right now I'm running 1.03 b.
Luftwolf I had your LWAMI but had trouble finding players so I had to go back.
However I did really like LWAMI. THANKS From what I played it is great.
I wan't go back when I can change to LWAMI for GOOD.
Are most players using LWAMI?
Thanks Again

personaly i just leave the LWAMI mod in, and have found that most people (especially around here) have it, there are 2 options that you can do to be able to switch though if you are meeting a lot of players who don't have it
first off if you use JSMGE you can easily remove the mod file and replace it in a matter of minutes deciding which mods you want to use. there's a tutorial for this but i cant find link sorry (can someone else post it if they have it please) think its in subsim somewhere:redface:
the other alternative is to have multiple installs there is a nice forum post regarding this:

welcome aboard, hope this helps a little, hope to see you in mp
