Yesterday our teritorial waters were invaded by a TYRIAN CIVILIAN-KILLER P3-Orion!!! Looks like the TYRIAN'S have declared WAR against CIVILIANS!!! Their plane skiped all Mariners Guards in the region and fired his WEAPONS against a FREE CIVILIAN OILER, transiting to Kingston!!! We have dispatched rescue ships to the last known destination of the civilian oiler, but there have been no survivors!
