The Tyrian fleet will not interfere with any rescue of the crew of the Akula class submarine K-317 under the conditions:
>The rescue is done by a ship that is either unarmed or armed with only defensive weapons (See note 1).
>The ship is not accompanied by warships (Surface or Subsurface) after it leaves the port hex or departs a fleet.
>The ship’s name, class and movements are reported to the Tyrian fleet and International Observers from the point the ship is selected to attempt the rescue till it offloads survivors.
>The ship does not rearm any warships or deploy forces (marines, SOF ETC).
Should a submarine be chosen to attempt this rescue the above conditions will be observed, the submarine must unload all offensive weapons and the submarine will not engage in any offensive combat (See note 2).
Should any of these conditions be violated the rescue ship and craft in its company maybe attacked with out warning.
The Tyrian fleet reserves the right to alter any conditions at anytime.
Note 1: Defensive weapons include MK15 Phalanx CIWS, Evolved Sea Sparrow and Sea Sparrow Missiles, Machine Guns, Unmanned Underwater Vehicles (UUVs), and Roiling Airframe Missiles (RAM). All other weapons are considered offensive.
Note 2: Offensive combat includes torpedo attacks, ASM attacks, LAM attacks, unprovoked SAM attacks, and over the horizon targeting.
