It is obvious that the Tyrians have no respect for international law and therefore should be shunned by all civilized people in the Region. Their recent attacks on peaceful shipping in international waters should prove to the world that they are worthy of disdane and isolation. Nations of the Carribbean! Unite with the Mariners to help protect the peaceful nations of our region!

Here is the TYRIANS ULTIMATUM:

The Tyrian fleet will not interfere with any rescue of the crew of the Akula class submarine K-317 under the conditions:

>The rescue is done by a ship that is either unarmed or armed with only defensive weapons (See note 1).
>The ship is not accompanied by warships (Surface or Subsurface) after it leaves the port hex or departs a fleet.
>The ship’s name, class and movements are reported to the Tyrian fleet and International Observers from the point the ship is selected to attempt the rescue till it offloads survivors.
>The ship does not rearm any warships or deploy forces (marines, SOF ETC).

The K-317 crash area is in the MARINERS sovereign teritory! Every TYRIAN unit aproaching the area of the RESQUE OPS will be destroyed immediatly WITH OUT any WARNING!
The TYRIANS are shown to the entire world their repressive imperialistic mashine.
The peoples of the free world must and will stop the TYRIAN AGGRESSION!!!

Does alowing the rescue of your Akula crew sound like we are a people who do not have respect for international law.:confused: Actually we have no obligation to not attack any rescue ship under international law as no doubt the rescue ship will be a war ship. ie AOR or LSD. We could have just waited and attacked any rescue fleet with sub launched ASW missiles from range or with a P3. But we have agreed to allow the rescue to take place unhindered. The conditions applied are to protect our own subs and fleets and to stop mistakes or misunderstandings.
