According to Mariners officials they now clam nearly 200 Nmis of ocean off their coast as ‘Sovereign Territory’ in clear violation of International Law. This is just the latest act of aggression in their war against the Tyrians. This action threatens the free passage of neutral shipping in the region. Already reports of neutral ships in the area being stopped and searched by Mariner warships are trickling in.

Intelligence reports on the sunken K-317 show that she went down with a load of Anti-Shipping Missiles (reported to be the deadly Russian SS-N-27) and Anti-Ship Torpedoes clearly indicating her commerce-raiding role. At the same time as the K-317 sinking Tyrian reconnaissance aircraft had already spotted Mariner Submarines and Warships leaving defensive positions near their coast towards international waters clearly showing their hostile intent.
