TACCO & ATO Toolbox

As mentioned over at the SubSim Forums I have started up programming again. The first result is the TACCO and ATO Toolbox, a handy tool for quickly calculating Speed,Distance,Time and Radar Horizon as well as get the opposite Bearing for any given one or quickly convert from ft to m for example.

Give it a whirl and keep me posted when you find bugs or with functions you would like to see in the next release.
