When launching a sonobuoy on iced sea, it gets through the ice and begins to go deep, but then goes up and crashes against the ice.It s possible to get a hot during this process, but sooner or later the buoy dissapears from the scene.
I tried several altitudes and speeds, but couldn t find an answer yet. ![]() Some ideas? THX DW+Lwami

To be honest I haven't tested for this yet but the behaviour you mentioned does fit the information we have about DW. I think that the problem lies in how DW deals with collisions with ice. Remeber the buoy has one part that is at the preset depth and another that is on the surface. In this case the part on the surface collides with the ice and takes damage, subsequently it will be destroyed and thus off the air. Unfortunatly I dont know a solution to this unless its possible to turn off collision detection for buoys.
